My name is John Adams and the inspiration for The Recruiter’s Coach comes from my passion to help people resolve career, business and life related challenges whilst utilising my extensive recruitment industry experience, my business and marketing background and coaching qualifications.

To date I have had a successful career within the recruitment industry including starting out working agency side recruiting for a number of large blue chip companies, starting up my own recruitment agency and working on site for two of the UK’s leading recruitment process outsourcing companies (RPO). Following this I worked in-house for a number of leading global technology organisations.

This broad experience enables me to appreciate the various and often potentially conflicting motivators and drivers for a recruitment consultant versus that of a business owner, internal recruiter or HR manager. I have also experienced many of the typical career and life challenges recruiters, managers and business owner’s face and so have first hand insight when I work with clients.

I am based in Maidenhead, Berkshire and I work with individuals and Companies wishing to resolve career, business and life related challenges whatever form that might take.
