John Adams, the founder of The Recruiter’s Coach™, has over 10 years experience working within the recruitment industry. His experience spans various roles and responsibilities including working agency side recruiting for a number of large blue chip companies, starting up his own recruitment agency and working for some of the UK leading recruitment process outsourcing companies (RPO). He has also worked as an in-house recruiter for a number of leading Global technology organisations.
This broad background within the recruitment industry coupled with his coaching qualifications and experience ideally positions him to be able to help individuals and organisations wishing to benefit from the power of coaching.
John has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business and Marketing, a Diploma in Marketing (DipM), a Diploma in Coaching (Dip Coaching) and a Diploma in NLP (Dip NLP). He is based in Canterbury, Kent where he lives with his wife and two children.
When required we work with a select number of qualified coaches who have also broad recruitment industry experience.
