We offer a free, 30 minutes, no obligation 'discovery session' to discuss your personal requirements. This is an opportunity to answer any further questions you may have and ensure that there is a good client/coach match.

To assist with the process of identifying your coaching requirements we would request that you complete a short questionnaire and exercise before this session. At the end of the session if both parties are in agreement we would schedule future coaching sessions. At this point we would send out the Coaching Agreement, Code of Professional Conduct and any further exercises as appropriate. 

How much?

Individuals

The initial 30 minute, 'discovery session' is completely free and without any obligation or hard sell. The fees for follow up sessions vary depending on the number of coaching sessions you wish to book, the frequency and the area or areas you require coaching on. A typical programme of 4 one-hour sessions costs £320. Sessions are normally conducted by telephone however face to face sessions are possible either at my office in Maidenhead or at an agreed location. Where I am required to travel there may be an additional cost depending on the distance.

I also provide brief catch-up calls and email support between sessions at no additional cost.

MAPP Assessment
£80 – Depending on individual needs we may suggest clients take the MAPP assessment. MAPP provides a unique online assessment that seeks to guide, motivate and empower people to achieve their greatest educational and career potential. It is a useful tool for individuals wishing to learn more about their strengths and motivations towards work. It also provides a graded list of potential career options based on individual preferences and compatibility so is an invaluable tool for individuals who wish to explore alternative career options.
