Earn up to £50 per Referral!

As a Recruiter you most likely come into contact with candidates on a regular basis who would benefit from assistance or support relating to their career. For example, some may require coaching to help them overcome interview nerves, perform better at competency based interviews or to assist with mapping out their future career direction.

If you recommend a Client for any of our career, business or life coaching services and they sign up with us for a number of coaching sessions then we will give you a voucher* to say ‘Thank You’

The value of the Voucher’s on offer is based on the number of sessions the referred Client initially books. For a booking of 2 coaching sessions it would be £20, for 4 coaching sessions it would be £40 and for 6 coaching sessions it would be £50. Alternatively a donation to the value of the equivalent amount can be made to a charity of your choice.

For Rec2Rec Agencies we would expect Client referrals to be directed to The Recruiter’s Coach

For all other Recruitment Agencies we would expect referrals to be directed to our sister company careerz  www.careerz.co.uk  where we offer a range of career and life coaching services aimed at professionals.

*Vouchers will be awarded after the referred Client has completed the programme. Clients must make us aware that they have been referred to us by the Referrer in advance of signing up for the programme and the Referrer must be a known contact to The Recruiter’s Coach.
